Returns & Exchanges

Step 1 - Request your RMA

Contact Customer Service at 1-866-542-7283 (M–F, 10 am–6 pm EST) or email us any time at [email protected]. We'll issue your Return Authorization Number (RMA) and confirm the details.

Step 2 — We email your label

We'll send a pre-printed return label by email. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. If your item is defective, the label is free.

Step 3 — Pack and ship

Return the item in its original packaging with all accessories and components. Write your RMA on the outside of the box and include your invoice or order confirmation inside, along with a note on the reason for your return and whether you'd like an exchange or a refund.

Step 4 — Get your refund

Once we receive and approve your return, your refund goes back to the original payment method, including any applicable taxes. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund or replacement.

Good to know

30-day window. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your order's shipment date. We cover shipping on one exchange (contiguous U.S. 48 states only).

What can't be returned. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept anything in the Sex Toys category, liquid products (oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body), or lingerie. Everything else must come back unused, unopened, and in resalable condition — we inspect for signs of smoke odor, pet hair, food debris, or washing.

Restocking fee. Return the full unit, and you'll get a full refund. If you can't return the complete unit — foam, cover, and liner — a 20% restocking fee applies.

Defective products. Defects are verified before we send a functional replacement; the return label is free. If the item turns out to be fully functional, it ships back to you at your cost. (And nothing's wasted — we upcycle defective foam into products like bean bags.)

Warranty. Liberator products carry a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship — broken zippers, torn seams, broken hardware, damaged foam. It doesn't cover normal wear, stains, or fading.
