Product Setup

Step 1 - Unroll

Do not cut the plastic. Locate the edge of the wrap and gently pull to release the shape. Allow each piece to naturally unroll.

Step 2 - Expand

Place all pieces on a flat surface. Your Shapes will begin expanding immediately. For optimal form and support, allow up to 48 hours for full expansion. Covers may be applied after 20 minutes.

Step 3 - Dress

Carefully dress the cover (folded separately), ensuring it's properly aligned with the product's angle or curvature. Zip the cover closed and enjoy!

Using roll compression technology, we've reduced our shipping size and reliance on paper materials by removing 90% of the air from our shapes without compromising product integrity. Similar to mattresses ordered online, your product arrives tightly compressed for more efficient shipping and will expand back to its original size once the compression bag is removed. Please allow up to 48 hours for the foam to fully recover from compression.
